Samsung displays come with "Magic Info". which allows the end user complete control over content management from multiple locations.

Magic Info also allows Great American as content provider, to access the end user system remotely to add and to manage content.

Generally, this is included with the hardware at no additional charge.

NEC uses third party software to manage their displays. It should have the same functionality as Magic Info.

There is likely no, or minimal cost.
